Trainee Project Manager


Full-time (Office Based)


Circa £26,000



As a Trainee Project Manager, you’ll be part of a team building smarter, faster, and more resilient digital solutions. You’ll support our project delivery team in delivering high-quality outcomes for clients, while developing your own capability as a future leader in the tech space.



But this is more than just task coordination. You’ll be encouraged, and challenged to use AI-powered tools and augmented thinking to accelerate delivery, improve project insights, and make better decisions. We’re obsessed with client value, and you’ll learn how to measure, communicate, and maximise that value at every stage of the project lifecycle.



You’ll develop a deep understanding of project management principles, the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and how to apply both in a fast-moving, purpose-driven environment.

Responsibilities



  • Support with end-to-end project delivery

  • Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and task tracking

  • Prepare stakeholder-facing presentations that communicate project progress and value

  • Support risk and issue tracking, helping to identify opportunities for improvement

  • Organise and facilitate meetings with clients and internal teams

  • Manage meeting minutes and follow-up actions

  • Collaborate across teams to understand and manage workloads

  • Use AI tools to support project analysis, forecasting, and reporting

  • Gain a working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project approaches

  • Learn how to identify and track business value as a core delivery metric

Our award-winning 30-month training investment program equips you with everything you need to establish a successful and thriving career while earning even from the first day of your training. Over the initial 6 months, your focus will be learning the basic topics of Project Management while working in a fully supervised and dynamic environment. The company will initially fund your entire training costs in this period, whilst paying your salary from the first day. The 6 months training period is followed by 2 years of working allowing the company to benefit from their investment in your skills. We only accept applications from those committed to the full 30-month program, as a guaranteed path to success.
