Investment Analyst – Real Estate Finance (London)

We are partnering with a high-performing investment platform focused on acquiring and financing long-term real estate assets across major markets.

This is an excellent opportunity for an analytically minded professional with 1–2 years’ experience to join a lean team and gain hands-on exposure to transaction execution, financial modelling, and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of real estate financing and investment transactions


• Build and maintain financial models for pricing, structuring, and analysis


• Assist with due diligence, investment materials, and transaction documentation


• Work with external advisors including legal, tax, and valuation providers


• Monitor portfolio performance, cashflows, and asset-level reporting


• Support ongoing risk analysis and portfolio oversight

Requirements

• 1–2 years’ experience in Investment Banking, Leveraged Finance, Real Estate Finance, Private Credit, Valuations, Transaction Services, or a similar analytical role


• Strong financial modelling and Excel skills


• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail


• Eager to learn and develop within a fast-paced investment environment


• Real estate or real assets exposure is beneficial but not required
