Working Pattern: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites with regular travel to our building sites when required.

Job Description
About this opportunity. We are looking for a Portfolio Analyst to join Lloyds Living's Portfolio team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in real estate, asset management and / or property management.
Working across one of the UK's growing Build-to-Rent and Single Family Rental portfolios, you will support portfolio performance, business planning, budgeting, mobilisation and strategic decision-making. You'll work closely with our Asset Management, Property Management, Finance and Investment teams, gaining exposure to the commercial and operational drivers of a large-scale residential portfolio.
Whilst the role will initially involve supporting the coordination and day-to-day management of the portfolio, we are committed to providing increasing exposure to analytical and strategic projects as your knowledge and experience develop.
